Chesapeake is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Jayden and his staff were courteous and professional. Jayden inspected my Jeep Commander and then came up with a plan to bring back the entire vehicle exterior and also all my wheel rims. My Jeep Commander looks great!!!

Jalen and his team are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! You will NOT find better customer service than this! Jalen, Caleb, Jadan and the rest of the team went the extra mile with my vehicle and provided the most pleasant & communicative service a client could ask for! Even when my vehicle caused some minor mechanical inconveniences for the team, everyone was so kind and solution-oriented & Jalen communicated with me throughout the day to keep me apprised to any changes in pickup time. I can not thank everyone enough for the support and assistance they offered in the process of this detail job--Not to mention, my car looked BRAND NEW when I picked it up!! They truly take pride in their work and live up to their name, "Attention 2 Detail", as not a single detail was missed. My car's interior was absolutely pristine at pickup!! I am throughly pleased with my detail job and the stellar 5-star customer service that Jalen, Jadan, Caleb and everyone else involved provided! I cannot recommend this business enough for ALL of your detailing needs!!! Thanks again for everything, guys!!

Got my truck detailed by Jalen when he first started and had the pleasure of working with Jadan today. He was professional, efficient, and great with communication. The product speaks for itself! Wish I could’ve had before and afters but the afters alone are amazing. 10/10 fair prices and the mobile detailing is unbeatable.

Fantastic detailing place! Got my car looking new, professional and willing to work with you to get on your schedule. Employees are very professional and most are car enthusiasts, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR VEHICLE LIKE IT IS THEIR OWN! If you are looking for a good priced mobile / storefront detailer, please go with Attention 2 Detail, you will not be disappointed! My mobile detailer was Tahli, fellow BMW guy, great dude would personally ask for him, down to Earth and takes pride in the work he does, very satisfied with the service, will use again!

Jalen and his team were absolutely incredible. My car was in rough shape after road trips, two little kids, a dog, and honestly just not having the time to keep up with it. It needed serious help, and they completely transformed it. They made my car look brand new again. Every detail was handled with so much care, and the quality of the work was beyond what I expected. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. What stood out just as much as the results was the service. From the scheduling process to the communication to the final walkthrough, everything was smooth, professional, and easy. Because of how impressed I was, I signed up for the quarterly plan on the spot. That says it all. If you’re thinking about booking with Jalen, do it. Exceptional experience from start to finish.
